  1. Overview

At ITSPECTRUM SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, we are committed to delivering high-quality software services to our clients. Due to the nature of our business and the digital/service-based solutions we provide, we do not offer any payment refunds once a service has been successfully delivered or completed.

  1. No Refund After Service Completion
  • All payments made to ITSPECTRUM SOLUTIONS PVT LTD are non-refundable once the agreed-upon service has been rendered and completed successfully.
  • Completion is defined as the full delivery of the service scope as agreed in writing (via contract, proposal, email, or order confirmation).
  1. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error.
  • Non-delivery of service due to failure on our part (excluding delays caused by the client).
  • Legal or regulatory requirement mandating a refund.

Such requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the issue and are subject to verification and internal review.

If refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

By proceeding with payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to:
