At ITSPECTRUM SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, we are committed to delivering high-quality software services to our clients. Due to the nature of our business and the digital/service-based solutions we provide, we do not offer any payment refunds once a service has been successfully delivered or completed.
- No Refund After Service Completion
- All payments made to ITSPECTRUM SOLUTIONS PVT LTD are non-refundable once the agreed-upon service has been rendered and completed successfully.
- Completion is defined as the full delivery of the service scope as agreed in writing (via contract, proposal, email, or order confirmation).
- Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error.
- Non-delivery of service due to failure on our part (excluding delays caused by the client).
- Legal or regulatory requirement mandating a refund.
Such requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the issue and are subject to verification and internal review.
If refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
