Custom ERP Development

ERP projects fail more often than they succeed, and rarely for technical reasons. They fail because the scope was everything at once, the business process was never agreed, and the go-live was a single day the whole company had to survive.

Modules We Build

Built individually and connected, rather than as one enormous release.

Inventory & Warehouse

Stock across locations, batch and serial tracking, movements, cycle counts and reorder rules.

Procurement

Requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, goods receipt and supplier performance.

Manufacturing

Bills of material, work orders, routing, capacity and production costing.

Finance & Accounting

General ledger, payables, receivables, cost centres and statutory reporting.

Sales & Distribution

Orders, pricing rules, dispatch, invoicing and returns tied to stock in real time.

Reporting & Analytics

Operational and management reporting across modules, without exporting to spreadsheets.

What Every ERP Build Includes

01

Roles and approvals

Permissions and approval limits matching your delegation of authority.

02

Complete audit trail

Every transaction traceable, which auditors will require and disputes will need.

03

Data migration

Master data and open transactions moved with reconciliation you can verify.

04

Integrations

Existing systems, e-commerce, banking and tax portals connected properly.

05

Shop-floor and mobile

Scanning and mobile entry where the work actually happens.

06

Training and documentation

Role-based training and written procedures, because adoption decides the outcome.

Industries Running On Our Systems

Business systems have to fit how a sector actually operates — its approvals, its compliance, its reporting. We start from that, not from a template.

Advanced Platform Capabilities

Business systems are judged years after launch. These are the parts that decide how that goes.

Identity & permissions

SSO, SCIM and role-based access mapped to your real reporting structure.

Audit trails

Who changed what and when, on every record that a dispute or an auditor could reach.

Integrations

ERP, accounting, banking and support systems connected so data is entered once.

Background processing

Queues with retries, dead-letter handling and visibility into what failed.

Safe migrations

Schema and data changes that deploy without downtime and can be rolled back.

Handover documentation

Architecture, operations and runbooks written as part of delivery, for your team to own.

How We Deliver

Process first, module by module, with the business running throughout.

Process mapping

How each department works today and what should change, agreed with them.

Module one

The highest-pain module built, migrated and made live.

Expand

Subsequent modules delivered and integrated one at a time.

Optimise

Reporting, automation and refinement once the operation is on the system.

ERP Questions

Everything you need to know about our business solutions work.

Buy, unless your operation genuinely does not fit standard packages or the licensing at your scale outweighs the build. We assess honestly — a custom ERP is a multi-year commitment and we would rather not start one that should have been an SAP or Odoo configuration.

The first module typically three to five months, with subsequent modules faster as the foundation exists. A full multi-module ERP is usually a twelve to twenty-four month programme.

It keeps running. We integrate with it so both hold consistent data during transition, and retire it module by module rather than in one cutover.

You do — code, data and infrastructure. We can maintain it on retainer, but the system should be handed over documented enough that another team could take it on.
