Travel Software For
Inventory That Expires

A room unsold tonight is not sold tomorrow — it is gone. Everything that makes travel software hard follows from that: rates that move, channels that must agree, and a cancellation policy that has to be right the first time.

Everything Is Sold In More Than One Place

Your inventory sits on your own site, on three OTAs, with a handful of agents and on the phone. All of them think they can sell the last room. Which one wins, and how fast the others find out, is the whole engineering problem.

We build the availability and rate model as one authority that channels read from, with idempotent booking and a clear overbooking policy. Get that right and the guest app, the loyalty scheme and the dynamic pricing all become normal work.

  • One availability authority, with channels syncing from it rather than to each other
  • Cancellation, refund and no-show rules encoded once and applied everywhere
  • Rates, taxes and currency handled at booking time, not reconciled later

What We Build For Travel

The systems between an empty calendar and a checked-in guest.

Booking Engines

Flight, hotel, tour and activity search with real availability, transparent pricing and a checkout that does not lose the booking.

PMS & Channel Manager

Property management with rooms, rates, housekeeping and folio, kept in sync across every channel you sell on.

OTA & Marketplace Platforms

Multi-supplier marketplaces with contracting, markup rules, commission and settlement between the parties.

B2B Agency Portals

Agent and corporate booking portals with credit limits, negotiated fares, approval workflows and consolidated invoicing.

Guest & Traveller Apps

Itinerary, digital check-in, room key, requests and upsells in an app that still works on hotel wifi abroad.

Loyalty & Packages

Points, tiers, member rates and dynamic packaging that bundles rooms, transfers and activities into one price.

What Decides Whether It Holds

Travel systems fail in public, on somebody's holiday. These are the parts that stop that.

Real-time availability

A single availability authority with locking at booking time, so two channels cannot sell the same night.

Channel & GDS sync

Two-way integration with GDS, channel managers and OTA APIs, including the rate parity rules they enforce.

Dynamic pricing & yield

Rate rules by season, occupancy, lead time and segment — automated, but always overridable by your revenue team.

Cancellation & refunds

Policy encoded once and applied to every channel, with partial refunds and no-shows handled without manual maths.

Multi-currency & tax

Display, charge and settle currencies kept distinct, with local taxes and fees calculated at the point of sale.

Works on bad hotel wifi

Guest-facing screens cache what a traveller needs, because roaming and hotel networks are the normal condition, not the edge case.

What We Connect To

Travel runs on other people's systems. Most of the delivery risk on these projects sits in these integrations, so we scope them first rather than last.

How We Deliver

Timed around your season. Nothing significant goes live in the weeks before peak booking.

Model the inventory

Rate plans, restrictions, policies and channels documented — this model is the hardest thing to change later.

Booking core

Availability, pricing and the booking transaction built first, tested against double-booking and failure cases.

Channels and payments

GDS, channel manager, OTA and payment integrations connected, then reconciled against real test bookings.

Launch off-peak

Live on a quiet period with one property or route first, then rolled out before the season builds.

Where Do Your Bookings Leak?

Rate parity, a channel that lags, a checkout people abandon, agents still booking by email. Tell us where it hurts and we will scope the fix around your inventory.

Travel & Hospitality Questions

What operators and travel founders ask us before building.

Only if you sell flights or need global distribution reach. Many hotel and tour businesses do better with a channel manager and direct OTA connections, which are cheaper and faster to certify. We will tell you which one your model actually needs.

One availability authority, a lock held during the booking transaction, and idempotent booking calls so a retry cannot create a second reservation. Channels then sync from that authority — never the other way round.

Usually yes. We integrate with it and build the booking, guest and channel layers around it. If the PMS has no usable API, we say so early, because that changes the plan significantly.

By rules you set — season, occupancy, lead time, length of stay, segment. We automate the calculation and leave your revenue team an override, because the model should assist a pricing decision rather than replace the person accountable for it.
